Cocokind is a skincare brand founded in 2014, committed to transform the beauty industry by empowering and celebrating people for exactly who they are. Terrace performed a migration from legacy e-commerce site to Shopify and integrated the site with NetSuite using Celigo. A robust integration was implemented between Shopify, Celigo, and NetSuite to streamline order processing, inventory management, and financial reporting. The project helped to improve revenue reporting, providing the business with accurate metrics on bundle discounts and profitability.
Oso Electric Equipment
Oso is a green high-tech startup revolutionizing the lawn care industry with its next-generation industrial electric equipment. Committed to electrifying the world, Oso aims to convert medium to heavy-duty gas-powered equipment into efficient electric alternatives.
The Oso team faced some difficulties in operations: reliance on manual processes, such as Excel spreadsheets which led to inefficiencies and errors in managing inventory, financials, and manufacturing operations. The lack of integration between systems further compounded these challenges, hindering the company’s growth potential.
Sierra Madre Collection
Sierra Madre Collection, a thriving e-commerce business specializing in in providing a comprehensive Porsche parts and Classic European auto parts inventory to owners & shops around the world, were facing limitations with their existing Core Commerce e-commerce platform.
Sierra Madre Collection embarked on a strategic journey to enhance its online presence and streamline operations when decided to migrate to Shopify Plus, a robust and versatile e-commerce solution known for its scalability, user-friendly interface, and extensive range of features. Sierra Madre Collection also sought a new feature on the site to provide year/make/model search and related fitment data to allow customers to pick the right auto parts easily.
RAFT Resource Area For Teaching
Terrace performed a migration from legacy e-commerce site to Shopify and integrated the site with NetSuite using Celigo for RAFT (Resource Area For Teaching). The nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing educators with engaging, hands-on learning resources aligned with national content standards. RAFT offers a wide assortment of products, including art and office supplies, kits, and workshops for both students and teachers. These products are available in their brick-and-mortar store as well as online. Previously, their old website featured kits but was unable to track their full inventory, including donated items, subscriptions, and other products. This limitation led them to transition to Shopify, a leading platform known for its robust e-commerce solutions.
Continuing Education of the Bar
The CEB e-commerce site had run reliably on the Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 platform for over a decade. It was time to upgrade their outdated system to provide their customers with a more engaging user experience.
The CEB website project addressed two key requirements: 1) a responsive design for easy navigation in a mobile environment and 2) a software upgrade that would allow for customization.

Part of a growing $8 billion wellness market industry, Monj.com is an online platform centered around cooking and healthy living. Marketed to mid-sized companies ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 employees, Monj is offered as a wellness
benefit, meant to be engaging and fun. Featuring gamification and ways to earn badges, the tool offers opportunities to learn cooking tips and tricks, view helpful how-to videos, and share experiences with family and friends.
MultiPop – Integrated Digital Video Advertising
MultiPop’s authoring platform enables video creators the ability to monetize videos by adding engaging commerce, content extensions, and advertising opportunities within minutes. With millions of data points simultaneously coming in
from multiple video players, clients, and platforms, Multipop needed a robust and secure process to collect, manipulate, and display the information on a user-friendly analytics dashboard.
Rodan + Fields – Optimization of Legacy eCommerce and Monitoring Systems
With an upcoming launch of their latest product and a growing network of consumers and consultants, Rodan + Fields sought to identify improvements to their commerce platform for optimal user experience. Successful improvements resulted in increased concurrent transactions by 300-500% with a system designed for additional scalability and enhanced security.
Varian Medical Systems – Innovative Cancer Fighting Solutions
Before releasing Varian Medical System’s new generation oncology patient management system and the very first comprehensive software platform for coordinating cancer care, Varian needed to optimize their previously used secure user authentication system.
The new system would need to ensure 1) the secure identity management and verification properties of Varian’s proprietary system and 2) a seamless flow of tokenized information between Varian’s systems and databases and all other user and third-party provider systems and devices.
Vusion – Real-Time Embedded Trucking Analytics
Vusion, an analytics provider in the trucking industry, engaged with a major trucking OEM to provide analysis and visualizations for factory-fit telematic devices.
Their client needed a system to process data from a fleet soon doubling annually from 35,000 to 70,000 big rigs. The system would ultimately need to track performance of their manufactured trucks and engines, vehicle route information,
and driver behaviors along with vehicle registrations, maintenance needs, and communications sent to their trucking dealerships and customers for hundreds of thousands of vehicles.
